The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified electrical‑utility contractor to replace obsolete high‑modulus‑polyethylene (HMPE) and cable‑in‑conduit (CIC) underground cable in the Canyon Crest neighborhood (Area 2). The work includes trenching, installing new XLPE cable and conduit, replacing concrete pavement, sidewalks, retaining walls, and providing a temporary 150 kW generator. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, traffic‑control plans, and comply with strict safety, environmental, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
