Dell Road Improvement Project

The City of Eden Prairie is seeking bids for a comprehensive road improvement and associated utility upgrades on Dell Road. The scope includes site clearing, pavement removal, concrete curb and gutter installation, modular block wall construction, extensive excavation and embankment work, asphalt wearing course placement, and installation of sanitary and storm water sewer pipelines, culverts, and watermain systems. The project will be delivered through an online bidding process via QuestCDN vBid™ with a closing date of August 20, 2026. • Clearing & grubbing of 2 acres and removal of 5,000 square yards of bituminous pavement. • Installation of 5,300 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 16,500 sf of modular block wall, and extensive excavation (≈27,000 cubic yards). • Placement of sewer and stormwater pipelines (≈4,200 lf of PVC & RCP) plus culvert and watermain installations.
