Description
The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is soliciting quotations for equipment maintenance repairs for man lifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. The bid submission should include a completed pricing page, signed terms and conditions, addendum acknowledgement (if applicable), and proof of insurance. The successful vendor will be required to provide these documents prior to award. The scope of work includes equipment maintenance repairs for forklifts, power jacks, and other equipment.
• The bid must be submitted through the Vendor Self Service Portal, fax, or courier by May 15th, 11:30am EST.
• Vendor questions are due by April 13th, 11:30am EST.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest priced bid that meets the specifications and bid requirements.
