Description
The Town of Bermuda Run is seeking a single prime contractor to perform a comprehensive sanitary sewer rehabilitation. The work includes cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 12,571 linear feet of 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, and 18‑inch sewer pipe, the location, uncovering, and raising of 36 existing manholes, ten point repairs, and CCTV inspection of roughly 13,615 linear feet of sewer line. All bids are to be submitted sealed by September 17, 2026, with an optional pre‑bid conference on September 1 and a question deadline of September 4. The project is funded by the North Carolina Division of Water Infrastructure.
