Wastewater Collections Point Repair and Improvements

The City of Clearwater is soliciting bids for a one‑year unit‑price contract to perform wastewater collection point repair and related improvements throughout its jurisdiction. Work is organized into six optional groups (trenchless sewer reconstruction, sewer cleaning/televising, point repair, cleanouts/laterals, manhole polyurethane surfacing, and smoke/dye testing). Bidders may elect to bid on any combination of groups; quantities are estimates only and the City is not obligated to purchase minimum volumes. The contract may be renewed for up to three additional one‑year terms. Pre‑qualification is required, and a 10 % bid bond is mandatory. Mobilization, material, labor, and equipment costs are itemized in the bid schedule.
