DESIGN AND SURVEYING SERVICES TO REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNALS

The City of Bryan is seeking qualifications for design and surveying services to remove and replace existing traffic signals at the intersection of E Villa Maria and Rustling Oaks/Blinn Blvd. The project includes bringing the intersections into compliance with current ADA requirements. The selected firm will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and submitting required documentation for notifications, design reviews, and other applicable agencies and organizations. The firm should have experience with similar projects and be able to demonstrate their competence and qualifications. • The project is expected to begin design in Spring 2026 • The City of Bryan will provide GIS data and as-built drawings • The firm should address the Project Specific Evaluation Factors a, g, h, i, and j in their statement of qualifications • The firm should have knowledge of the City of Bryan administration, contracting, local contractors, codes, adopted design criteria, and specifications • The firm should have experience with similar projects and be able to demonstrate their competence and qualifications
