Furnish and Install of Restaurant Equipment for Haydon Burns Building Kitchen

The Florida Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the furnish and install of restaurant equipment for the Haydon Burns Building Kitchen. The project includes the installation of various kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, hot and cold food service counters, custom stainless-steel fabrications, and associated accessories. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and coordination necessary to ensure proper receipt, assembly, staging, and placement of all specified items. • The project requires the installation of specific kitchen equipment, including gas ranges, fryers, charbroilers, convection ovens, and refrigerators. • The successful bidder will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing equipment, as well as assembling and preparing it for installation. • The project also includes the fabrication of custom stainless-steel components, such as counters and food shields. • The successful bidder will be required to provide CAD drawings for all custom fabricated components and to coordinate with State personnel and other contractors as required. • The project is expected to begin on or about the date of contract execution and be effective until December 30, 2026.
