Description
The Clackamas County Procurement Division is soliciting bids for the fabrication and delivery of a 3-sided precast concrete culvert, including precast footings, wingwalls, and headwalls, for the Bear Creek Culvert and Molalla Avenue Shoulders Project. The project aims to replace an existing undersized corrugated metal pipe culvert with a new precast concrete culvert to improve hydraulic capacity and provide fish passage. Bidders must meet the minimum qualifications, including membership in the Pacific Northwest Precast Concrete Association and experience with similar projects. The bid must include a description of how the goods or services meet the required specifications, information on how the bidder meets the minimum qualifications, and completed certifications and references.
• The project requires the fabrication and delivery of a 3-sided precast concrete culvert, including precast footings, wingwalls, and headwalls.
• The culvert must meet the required specifications outlined in Exhibit A.
• Bidders must have experience with similar projects, including 3-sided or 4-sided precast concrete culverts.
• The bid must include a completed Bid Price Form, certifications, and references.
• The project is subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of the Oregon Revised Statutes and the Clackamas County Local Contract Review Board Rules.
