MCCH, Courtroom 2C, 2D, 11A-11H, and Misc Floor Replacement

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a contractor to replace flooring in various courtrooms and areas at the Main County Courthouse. The project includes removing and disposing of old flooring materials, furnishing and installing new flooring, and providing an additional 10% of each flooring type as attic stock for future repairs. The contractor must comply with the County's Equal Business Opportunity Program and submit a completed Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 with their bid. The project is expected to be completed within 240 calendar days from the notice to proceed. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on November 11, 2025. • The contractor must submit their bid by December 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. • The contractor must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy. • The contractor must provide a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Completion prior to final payment.
