The Idaho Department of Fish & Game is seeking a single brand‑new semi‑truck cab and chassis capable of supporting a 3,000‑gallon frame‑mounted fish‑transportation tank for live‑fish deliveries across Idaho. The vendor must supply a complete, fully‑configured unit that meets detailed Kenworth T880 (or equal) specifications, deliver FOB destination, provide warranty coverage (minimum 1‑year overall, 3‑years for the frame), and maintain a service facility within 100 mi for warranty repairs. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor offering the lowest fully‑burdened cost as reflected on the mandatory price‑sheet attachment.
• Provide a new semi‑truck cab & chassis meeting extensive performance, mechanical, and safety specifications (engine, transmission, axles, brakes, wheels, tires, cab features, etc.).
• Deliver the unit during Monday‑Thursday, 08:00‑16:00, with a written 7‑business‑day delivery notice and a 30‑day acceptance period; any non‑conformities must be corrected within 30 days at no cost to IDFG.
• Submit a completed price sheet, signature page, insurance certificates, operation and parts manuals, and a color chip for cab approval via the IPRO portal (or email).
