Description
The Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero is seeking bids for Canned Tomatoes, including Diced, Whole, Puree, and Sauce. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. Bidders must provide nutritional information and ingredients for each product submitted. The products must have a minimum of six months post-delivery shelf life. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-cost vendor.
• The products must be #10 Cans (6 cans per case) with no added spices or seasonings other than salt.
• No vegetable pieces or dried herbs are allowed.
• The products must meet the specified sodium content per serving.
• The bidder must allow for an increase or decrease of 15% in quantity for each item.
• The delivery schedule will be provided once the bid is awarded.
• The bidder must provide a certification regarding the Darfur Contracting Act and other required forms.
