Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to procure asphalt for PennDOT Jefferson County. The Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the below materials: WM9.5MM, SRL=ANY, ESAL=ANY, PG64-22 (PennDOT Material #322472) and WM19MM, SRL=ANY, ESAL=ANY, PG64S-22 (PennDOT Material #322488).
• The solicitation start date is 02/09/26 and the submission deadline is 02/23/26 11:00 AM.
• The project duration is 6 months.
• The solicitation is governed by the attached Terms and Conditions.
• Bidders must complete and sign the Domestic Workforce Utilization Certification.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible bidder.
