Harmony Science Academy - Bridgeland Phase II

The Harmony Public Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the Harmony Science Academy – Bridgeland – Phase II project. The project involves the ground-up construction of a one-story, 79,000 square foot elementary school facility, including a parking lot, playground, and landscaping. The scope of work includes concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents. The estimated budget for this project is $29 million.
