Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 4,000 Promotional EOS Lip Balms in various colors and flavors. The lip balms must be 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the lip balms to the specified location by January 14, 2026. The contractor must also provide prior-to-production samples for approval before commencing production.
• The lip balms must be packed in cartons to prevent damage in transit.
• The contractor must keep colors and flavors separate.
• The contractor must provide a website, item number, photo, and specs for the product prior to award.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and indicate whether the end product is domestic or foreign.
