Vehicle Glass Replacement and Repair

The City of Sacramento, Fleet Management Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide high-quality glass replacement and repair services for the City's fleet equipment, including light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty vehicles, as well as heavy equipment and other miscellaneous equipment on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a one-year term with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide timely and cost-effective services, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service. • The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to perform the required services. • The vendor will be required to have a legitimate business presence in the City of Sacramento or the unincorporated county of Sacramento. • The vendor will be required to provide a written estimate for all repairs and obtain approval from the City before commencing work. • The vendor will be responsible for inspecting and testing all work to ensure that it meets the City's standards. • The vendor will be required to provide a warranty for all work performed and materials supplied.
