Redacted J&A: Solicitation for the maintenance and Overhaul of the Computer Flight Control for the UH 60

The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking a sole source procurement for the overhaul of the Computer Flight Control for the UH-60. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data to complete the inspection and overhaul. The contract will be a single-award, firm-fixed price, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul (M&O) contract. The projected award date is 30 June 2024, and the contract will expire five years after the contract is awarded. • The contractor must have access to the technical data required to perform the overhaul. • The contractor must be an approved source for the Computer Flight Control overhaul. • The contract will include a minimum quantity of 120 and a maximum quantity of 720. • The contract will utilize Army Working Capital Funds for US quantities and FMS funding for FMS quantities. • The contractor must include a Subcontracting Plan in their proposal. • The contract will be awarded on an other-than-full-and-open competition basis pursuant to the authority of Title 10 United States Code Section 3204(a)(1).
