Jefferson Convenience Center - Phase 1

The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for the construction of the Jefferson Convenience Center – Phase 1. The scope includes 72,500 SF of 7‑in. reinforced concrete, 7,150 SF of 10‑in. reinforced concrete with embedded steel plates, curb & gutter, a 4‑ft vehicular ramp with 6‑ft walls, valley gutters, utility line extensions, clearing & grubbing, demolition, ADA ramps, fence removal & replacement, and related site work. Bidders must submit a sealed Request for Bid (RFB) electronically via Cit‑E‑Bid or hand‑delivered, include required bonds, insurance, and a suite of mandatory forms (company questionnaire, conflict‑of‑interest, non‑collusive affidavit, discretionary contracts disclosure, and Texas Form 1295). The contract award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid; the construction period is fixed at 90 working days.
