Description
The Yale Public School District is seeking bids for flooring installation in several elementary schools. The project includes furnishing and installation of floor tile, base molding, adhesives, underlayment, and trim accessories. The contractor will also be responsible for removing existing carpeting, tile, and base molding, and preparing the floor for new products. The project must be completed between July 1, 2026, and August 1, 2026. Key considerations include asbestos-free materials, warranty requirements, and compliance with state and local regulations.
