Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, design‑draw, and deliver fifteen double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) and matching gearboxes for its Lanier and Shoal Creek Filter Plants. The contract is supply‑only; installation, field testing, and on‑site services are excluded and will be handled under a separate agreement. The vendor must provide complete engineering drawings, product data, certifications (AWWA C504/C516, NSF 61), and full operation & maintenance manuals (hard copy and searchable PDF). Delivery is FOB Destination to the two plant sites in Buford, GA, with freight prepaid. The award will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• 15 double‑offset butterfly valves of various diameters (total 15 units)
• Required gearboxes, accessories, and full design documentation (shop drawings, compliance certificates)
• O&M manuals (hard‑copy & PDF), spare‑parts list, and preventive‑maintenance schedule
• Mandatory pre‑bid conference (Sept 2) and optional site‑visit (Sept 10) for measurements; vendor must meet all AWWA, NSF 61, and Georgia‑manufacturing preferences.
