FDC Philadelphia - Flush Valve System

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking a responsible entity to supply materials for upgrading the flush valve system at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Philadelphia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials and equipment to enhance the flush valve system. The required materials include Sloan flush valve system components, as well as commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) plumbing and electrical accessories. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to supply new, genuine Sloan OEM parts that are fully compatible with existing Sloan flush valve systems and covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide brand-name only Sloan flush valve system components. • The contractor must provide COTS plumbing and electrical accessories that meet the salient characteristics and applicable industry standards. • The contractor must demonstrate the ability to supply new, genuine Sloan OEM parts. • The contractor must provide a written guarantee covering all material and workmanship. • The contractor is responsible for providing their own means of loading and unloading contractor material or equipment.
