Description
The City of Newark is seeking bids for the renovation of the Olan Thomas Warehouse. The project includes electrical work, such as replacing existing light fixtures with new LED light fixtures, reworking conduit and conductors, and installing new control panels. The contractor will be required to verify all circuits in the existing panelboard before beginning new work.
