Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking to lease a minimum of 2,200 to a maximum of 2,500 square feet of existing Class A or B retail space in Hesperia, CA. The space will be used for an Armed Forces Career Center. The lease term will not exceed five years, with government termination rights. The offered space must meet government requirements, including a full-service lease, adequate mass transit, and specific construction specifications.
• The space must have a primary and secondary point of ingress/egress.
• Lighted, non-exclusive or reserved on-site parking for four government-owned vehicles must be provided.
• The military services shall have the right to use space beyond normal working hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
• The lessor is required to be registered and active in www.sam.gov prior to the deadline for final offer submission.
• The lessor must provide a written certification of equivalency for any substituted products or services.
