The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is providing notice of their intention to close contracts in accordance with FAR 4.804. The contracts listed have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced, and have a remaining balance of zero dollars. Vendors who prefer a bilateral contract closeout modification or have a valid reason why the closeout should not proceed should contact the point of contact before the closing date. • The notice applies to multiple contracts with different vendors, including A2 Federal Inc., Brainerd Helicopters Inc, and Deloitte & Touche LLP, among others. • The contracts have various award dates, periods of performance, and total obligated amounts. • Vendors are encouraged to review the list of contracts and contact the point of contact if they have any questions or concerns.
