SolaHD Items

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is requesting a quote for SolaHD items, specifically Sola SRS18-32 RACK SLIDE RAILS 18-32"DEEP and SolaHD S4K2U1000D UPS ON LINE 1000VA 120V 3G. The proposal should include a firm fixed price quote with the proposed delivery schedule. The following documents are required in response to this proposal: a quote, representations and certifications, and any exceptions to the terms and conditions. The evaluation criteria include the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. • The quote should be for the same or domestic equivalent of the specified items. • The proposal should include a completed and signed copy of the attached representations and certifications. • Any exceptions to the terms and conditions should be explained and alternate solutions provided. • The proposal should be submitted via email to the procurement officer by 4:00 PM EST on 05/15/2026.
