The National Park Service intends to award a single source justified cooperative agreement to Portland State University for the project "Ethnographic Overview and Assessment of Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve". The project aims to conduct an ethnographic overview and assessment to provide information regarding American Indian tribes and groups that have been traditionally associated with lands and resources under NPS management. The project will be conducted in phases, with the primary objective of creating an Ethnographic Database to capture and organize all documented references to Native American associations with CRMO. The project will also involve tribal consultation, research, and the production of a work plan and research strategy memo.
