Welch Road - HUD Grant No. B-24-CP-TX-2085

The County of Webb, Texas, is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the State Highway 359 Colonias Street Improvement Project – Welch Road. The project consists of approximately 0.66 miles of roadway improvements, including asphalt and flex base removal, roadway resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation, cleaning and sealing joints, placement of Type D Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Pavement, traffic control, pavement markings, signage, and all appurtenant work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is funded in whole or in part through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Project Funding (CPF) Program, Grant No. B-24-CP-TX-2085.
