Description
The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority is seeking bids for the Sweeney WTP 4MG Clearwell Rehabilitation project. The scope of work includes replacement of the expansion joint caulking inside the confined spaces of the clear well and cleaning and inspection of drain lines. Bidders must submit their bids in .pdf format to [email protected] by March 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The project requires a bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid amount.
• The bidder must have a valid NC General Contractor’s license with a limitation of Limited and classification of Public Utilities.
• The bidder must show evidence of being licensed as a contractor under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
• The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
