Description
The United States Air Force is seeking information for a sources sought notice for the procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a containerized 50/60 Hz frequency converter system to support mission-critical operations at Kapaun Delta Base, Germany. The system shall provide continuous and stable 60 Hz output power required for U.S. equipment and infrastructure operating in a host-nation 50 Hz environment. The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, installation support, and commissioning activities. Key requirements include:
* Frequency converter system with input voltage of 400 / 50 V, input frequency of 50 Hz, output power of 600 kVA / 480 kW, output voltage of 208 V (Ph/Ph) / 120 V (Ph/N), and output frequency of 60 Hz
* Installation of the frequency converter system, including all required electrical components
* Commissioning of the system, including testing and verification of proper function
* Training for government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the system
* Warranty for the equipment, including a 12-month warranty period
