Description
The US Embassy in Guatemala requires professional services to execute full bathrooms renovations at one of its Official Residences. The rehabilitation effort is necessary to replace in kind all existing finishes, fixtures, furniture, and associated mechanical and electrical components to restore functionality and improve durability in the facility. The scope of work includes demolition and site preparation, installation of new toilet, sink, and shower, flooring, wall tile, plumbing, and electrical work. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work.
• The contractor shall commence work within 5 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
• The contractor shall complete the work within 35 working days.
• The contractor shall provide a qualified supervisor on site during active work.
• The contractor shall maintain daily coordination with the designated Government representative.
• The contractor shall submit progress reports, documentation, and final deliverables as required.
