Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Moody's Analytics, Inc. for their OneView – Global Credit Portal web-based platform. The platform will provide online subscriptions/licenses to access ownership records of corporations and individuals, as well as access to asset information on corporations. The required service must include robust analytical tools and functionalities commonly used by commercial lenders and institutional credit risk analysts. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, for a total of 5 years if all options are exercised.
