The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills is soliciting proposals for a broad suite of professional services covering affordable‑housing administration, architecture, engineering, financial advisory, grant consulting, hearing officer work, insurance brokerage, planning, property appraisal, public‑relations, tax‑appeal consulting, website design/maintenance, energy procurement, and workers‑compensation claims administration.
