Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is conducting market research to determine whether to set aside an acquisition for a Rigid Threading Machine. The contractor shall provide services which include all requested items, and delivery for equipment. The required items include a threading machine, universal wheel and cabinet stand, universal die head, and other related equipment.
• The contractor must provide a brief capability statement that covers the information in the statement of work.
• The contractor must include company information, such as company name, SAM CAGE, and unique entity ID.
• The contractor must provide socioeconomic data and company business size status.
• The contractor must provide names and types of current federal contracts and/or contract vehicles that can be utilized for the scope of the requirements.
