Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the replacement of the roof at the Detroit Maintenance Garage. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, including all necessary services to legally implement the project. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The proposal must include a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and the contractor must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan. Key aspects of the project include:
