Design of Birch Creek Debris Basin

The San Bernardino County Flood Control District is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide design services for a debris basin to reduce flooding and debris flow impacts along Birch Creek in the unincorporated Community of Oak Glen and City of Yucaipa. The project includes preparing design documents required for construction of the proposed Project. The contract period will be for a maximum of three years. • The Proposer must provide design services for a debris basin. • The Proposer must prepare design documents required for construction of the proposed Project. • The contract period will be for a maximum of three years. • Funding for the Services will be provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and local cost share funds.
