Description
The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking competitive bids for a qualified contractor to remove existing wall and window materials and replace them with new wall framing, sheathing, siding, and windows at the Ames Campus Sign Shop. The project requires the contractor to follow the procedures and requirements established in Iowa Administrative Code 761--20. The contract term is estimated to start on December 1, 2025, and end on June 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is done according to the approved design and under the direct supervision of the Iowa DOT.
