Description
The project involves designing, constructing, and delivering a reinforced concrete four-sided box culvert, cut-off walls, and headwalls for East Lake Rd, Mad-409 in the Town of Madison, Madison County, New York. The successful bidder will be responsible for manufacturing precast concrete box culvert units, cut-off wall units, and headwall units, as well as supplying epoxy coated mechanical connectors. The design and fabrication shall be in accordance with the New York State Department of Transportation LRFD Bridge Design Specifications and the attached plans. The project requires the fabricator to deliver the precast concrete box culvert units, cut-off wall units, headwall units, and epoxy coated mechanical connectors by July 20, 2026.
