Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the complete furnishing and installation of a new Employee Residence. The project includes site grading and earthwork, aggregate base course, manufactured residence installation, potable water supply, onsite wastewater treatment system, LPG tank and service, and electrical service. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and labor and material bond. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project requires a 5% bid bond for bids over $50,000.
• The project requires a performance bond and labor and material bond for the contract price.
• The project requires compliance with the Buy Clean Colorado Act.
• The project requires the use of Colorado labor for at least 80% of the work.
• The project requires the submission of a bid schedule, bid bond, and other documents.
• The project requires the contractor to provide proof of insurance and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
