Creekside Sports Park Turf Maintenance

The Town of Los Gatos is seeking a contractor to provide artificial turf maintenance services for the Creekside Sports Park. The scope of work includes biannual maintenance, artificial turf repair, and other related tasks. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of five years, with no option to renew. The Town is looking for a contractor with at least three years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor will be required to perform biannual artificial turf maintenance, including loosening compaction of rubber crumb, removing and replacing rubber crumb, brushing turf, and disinfecting the turf. • The contractor will also be required to perform artificial turf repair, including repairing seams and areas of turf that show signs of wear, tearing, or separation. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed report summarizing the maintenance activities performed, including the results of bacteria readings and any observations or recommendations for further action. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
