Pre-Award Synopsis: Contract Modification for FY26 SEWIP Block 3 Hemisphere and Quadrant EA Subsystem Production, Ancillary Equipment, and Spares

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for the production of SEWIP Block 3 Hemisphere and Quadrant configuration Electronic Attack (EA) subsystems, Ancillary Equipment, and Spares. The proposed contract action will contain fixed-price contract line items.
