The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing a robust and secure Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Wide Area Network (WAN) to extend its Rogue Blue Software (RBS) development platform network. The goal is to connect locally hosted development platforms to multiple CONUS locations, including Federal facilities, contracting partner facilities, and commercial/Federal Cloud Service Provider (CSP) datacenters. The solution must meet Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and Key System Attributes (KSAs) such as security, monitoring, connectivity, implementation timeline, and network speed.
Some key points to consider include:
* The solution must be protected by a virtualized private network (VPN) with valid encryption approved for use in IPsec by the NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) program
* The service must be monitored by a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) or Secure NOC (SecNOC)
* The solution must be capable of connecting to multiple CONUS endpoints and Federal CSP endpoints
* The time to implement the extension must not exceed 6 months from connection submission
* The service provider must be able to provide a minimum of 1Gbps network speeds for connections
