Barre Street Recreation Path (STP BP20(5))

The City of Montpelier is seeking bids for the construction of a 10-foot-wide shared use path, approximately 700 feet long, with new granite curbing and catch basins. The project is located on Barre Street, starting at the existing path adjacent to the Montpelier Department of Recreation Building and ending at the intersection of Main Street and Barre Street. The contract completion date is August 15, 2026. • The project includes construction of a shared use path and other incidentals. • Plans may be obtained from Stantec in PDF format, and interested parties must make a request via email to [email protected]. • The Engineers Estimate for the project falls between $250,000 and $500,000. • Questions must be addressed to Erik Alling in email format only, and are due by April 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
