Description
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking a supplier to provide delivery and supply of 5500 gallon CAPTOR Containment tanks to various county locations in Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Richland, and Sumter. The contract period is estimated to be 2 years, from 03/30/2026 to 03/29/2028. The scope of work includes providing polyethylene tanks and delivery services.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the products.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act.
• The contractor must provide a certification regarding debarment and other responsibility matters.
• The contractor must provide a certification of independent price determination.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the termination for convenience clause.
