Grandview and Altona Repairs and Restoration Project

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) is soliciting bids from qualified and properly licensed contractors for the Grandview and Altona Repairs and Restoration Project. The project involves various repairs and restoration work at the Grandview and Altona locations on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The scope of work includes concrete repairs, roofing, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and other related tasks. The project is expected to be completed under the supervision of the Director of Planning and Construction or their designee. Some of the key tasks include: • Repairing concrete wall cracks • Replacing doors, windows, and roofing materials • Painting and power washing exterior facades • Installing and stabilizing native soil • Cleaning and replacing gutters • Repairing and replacing electrical and plumbing systems • Replacing drywall ceilings and flooring The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. The VIHFA reserves the right to waive any irregularities in or reject any and all proposals.
