Description
The Finger Lakes DDSO is soliciting bids to design a bathroom at the East Main IRA located at 83 E Main St, Clifton Springs, NY 14432. The project requires a mandatory site visit on October 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Bids will not be accepted before the site visit or from vendors that do not attend this site visit. The scope of work includes designing a bathroom, and the contractor will be responsible for meeting all local and state building codes.
• The project is located in Ontario County, New York.
• The contractor must attend the mandatory site visit to verify knowledge of the area for which service is being requested prior to bid submission.
• The contractor must submit their quote based on the written Project Scope and any modifications made in writing.
• The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, liability, and property damage.
• The contractor must guarantee their work for at least one year.
• The state of New York may require the contractor to submit billing invoices electronically.
