Manitou Springs Water/Sewer Shop Bathroom Remodel

The City of Manitou Springs is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the design and construction of upgraded bathroom facilities at the Water and Sewer Shop. The project includes the addition of a shower, relocation of laundry units, and modernization of existing restroom amenities. The selected company will perform work under contract with the City, using the City's standard Services Agreement. The project requires a qualifications-based selection process, with evaluation criteria including company and personnel qualifications, recent experience with similar projects, approach to scope of work, and project cost. • Key components of the project include: • Design upgrades, such as installation of a shower and upper vent fan • Construction planning and execution, including permitting and site preparation • Finish work, such as drywall, painting, and flooring • Project needs, including modern amenities, code compliance, operational efficiency, safety, and longevity The City reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, without penalty, and to negotiate the award for the services with the selected offeror.
