Description
The Village of Salem Lakes is seeking bids to rehabilitate the sanitary sewer system serving the Valmar and Yaws subdivisions. The work includes replacement of deteriorating grinder pumps, installation of new grinder‑pump stations, upgrade of electrical capacity, replacement of isolation valves, removal and replacement of sewer pipe, and associated street paving and utility coordination. The contractor must manage residential coordination for electrical inspections, perform excavation and pipe work, install pump stations, and complete mill‑and‑overlay road work.
