Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking quotations for the maintenance and repair of air compressors. The contract will be a term contract with quarterly and annual maintenance services. The successful quoter will be required to perform maintenance and repair services for air compressors located in various facilities in Palm Beach County. The quoter must have experience in maintaining and repairing air compressors and must provide a detailed scope of work and pricing for the services.
• The contract will include quarterly and annual maintenance services for air compressors with different horsepower ratings.
• The quoter must provide a list of proposed subcontractors and their roles in the project.
• The quoter must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
• The quoter must provide proof of insurance and certification of business location.
• The quoter must submit a completed Drug-Free Workplace Certification form.
• The quoter must comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C, and 31 C.F.R. pt. 19, subpart C.
