The City of Roseville is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive vapor‑compressor maintenance services for its Roseville Energy Park (165 MW combined‑cycle) and Sunset Energy Center (66 MW simple‑cycle). The contract will be awarded through a competitive negotiation process and will span an initial five‑year term with a “not‑to‑exceed” budget, subject to renegotiation based on market conditions. Services include preventive and corrective maintenance, provision of labor, supervision, specialized tooling, PPE, and compliance with all safety regulations.
