Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking to procure and install new systems furniture, desks, chairs, and storage solutions for the first and second floors of LR-168/Building 3281. The furniture should be compatible with existing Kimball brand components and meet specific requirements for power, functionality, and aesthetics. The contractor will be responsible for designing, ordering, delivering, and installing the furniture, as well as providing a complete bill of materials and quotation for order placement.
• The furniture includes systems furniture cubicles, hot seat workstations, enclosed private offices, and ancillary furniture such as task chairs, guest chairs, and conference tables.
• The contractor must ensure that the furniture is compatible with existing components and meets the Navy's requirements for power, functionality, and aesthetics.
• The contractor must also provide a minimum of 10-year general warranty, with 5 years on fabric and workmanship and 10 years on electrical components.
