Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to repair the parking lot at the Ruskin, FL Weather Forecast Office. The project includes milling and resurfacing the existing asphalt, repairing road base material, and restriping the parking area. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project must be completed within 60 days of notice to proceed.
• The parking lot has approximately 21,500 square feet of asphalt that needs to be repaired.
• The contractor will need to remove all bumper blocks and pins and replace them with new recycled rubber parking blocks.
• The contractor will need to mill the entire area currently under asphalt and repair/replace road base material.
• The contractor will need to restripe the main parking area and provide new layouts for the Government vehicle parking lots.
